Battery died after 10 uses, but they replaced it, new battery is still working well, nice that is has temp control so it doesn’t burn through the battery

Decent quality, I ordered 4 or 5, One came broken, 2 more broke. They are flimsy and the wire comes unhooked and you can’t fix it. But I guess if you’re super gentle with it you’ll be fine. I don’t know if I would order if I was a everyday smoker as they break too easy.

Ordered one and since it was my first I didnt realize it was a dud. I’d get small little puffs everytime then it just died. They sent me a brand new one and holy wow it works amazing!!! Thanks so much for top notch service. There is always going to be times things don’t work and that isn’t their fault. It happens. Thanks so much for taking care of me. Already ordered another Cartridge.
